• Check-in check out time as per hotel policy.
  • The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to check into this hotel.
  • As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. In case, check-in is denied by the hotel due to lack of required documents, you cannot claim for the refund & the booking will be considered as NO SHOW.

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable.
  • A valid photo ID must be presented upon check-in. Identification proofs accepted are Passport, Driving Licence, Adhar Card and Voter ID.
  • Few hotels do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples to check-in. This is at full discretion of the hotel management. No refund would be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances.
  • The tariff amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and incidentals (such as breakage, food and beverages, firewood, telephone calls, heater etc.) these will be charged additionally.
  • No extra charge for children five years and below, sharing bed with parent.
  • Hotels in hill stations may not have air conditioning due to weather conditions of the location.
  • Hotels in remote locations may not have Wi-Fi connectivity due to unavailability of network in that location.

Cancellation Policies


Any cancellations must be made by 10:00 Am to 06:00 Pm local time.

  • Up to 7 days before Check In: No cancellation charge
  • Up to 3 days before Check In: 50% of the total reservation
  • Up to 2 days before Check In: 75% of the total reservation
  • Less than 24 hours before Check In: 100% of the total reservation

Note:

  • For Groups / for Special Celebration Dates (24th, 25th, 30th & 31st of December & Longweekends) & Peak Season Non Refundable
  • Refunds only through cheque for bookings made by cash/cheque/bank transfer.
  • Online refunds for bookings made through the website usually take 7-10 working days.
  • Credit/debit card online refunds will only be made against credit/debit card bookings and usually take 15 working days.
  • The original receipt must be presented for processing the refund.
  • Credit/debit card cancellations will be charged 5% extra.
